Finding balance between eating healthy and enjoying food right down to your soul is what we are talking about in this episode.  With all of the "do's and don'ts", it can be overwhelming and confusing.  Tuning into your own body and finding your own balance of what is right for you is truly the most important thing we can each do.  If you have ever had guilt, confusion or uncertainty about what is right, this episode is for you.  It is so much more about finding the balance and joy with cooking and eating.  Since recording this episode, we have been following our intuition more and really finding a beautiful balance with food.  So, have fun and enjoy!
