Our Microbiome is a huge part of our gut health.  Living in harmony with our environment and eating more locally grown food has such a huge and positive impact on our health overall, but especially our gut health.  Your gut is full of living flora, your microbiome, that help you in more ways than you will ever know.  Having a flourishing microbiome, helps your health on every single level, including your mental health.  Knowing and understanding more about how our bodies work and what things help our bodies to thrive makes us feel better in so many ways.  Today, Dr. Tara walks us through knowing more about our gut health and that inner microbiome that is a foundation for good health and well being.  So let's Walk Together Fiercely through gut health and our microbiome!
